Power Cycle your HiSense TV & Router
- Turn off your Hisense smart TV.
- Unplug your TV, router, and modem.
- Wait for at least 1 minute before plugging them all back in.
- Connect to the Internet and turn on your devices.
- Now, check if the error is still recurring on your Hisense smart TV.
Reset your HiSense TV Remote Control Batteries
- Open the battery hood of your remote control and remove the batteries.
- Look for the power button. Press and hold it for about 15 seconds.
- Reinsert your batteries and close the hood.
- Power on your Hisense smart TV.
- You may also want to change the batteries of your remote if they are old.
Perform a Factory Reset on your Hisense Smart TV

Had to laugh…you CANNOT get to menu or settings when tv is stuck on start up screen.
Lol.i have a 2022 that says not enough memory delete some apps every time I delete the apps the tv goes off i trun it back on and the apps are back on I tried to soft restore I tried to hard restore nothing works
So if one of your 2013 TVs is still working I would have to see that to believe it lol
