Fix Sling TV App Login Authorization Error Code 8-12, 8-270

If you love to watch live sports and TV shows, Sling TV is an excellent option to consider. You can access TV channels on Sling TV at a cheaper cost compared to cable services. However, it becomes frustrating when you try to stream your favorite shows, and a black screen appears.

Many users encounter the video playback issue on Sling TV with error code 21-20 and 24-1. These errors sometimes show the message, “not available, try watching something else.” Other times, you will only see a black screen.

In some cases still, users will see an orange wheel continually spinning on the screen. The show you are trying to watch ends up freezing and buffering. After several minutes, Sling TV is no longer loading.

Causes of Sling TV App Playback Errors 21-20 and 24-1

There may be several causes of the errors on your Sling TV. One reason is a temporary glitch in the Sling TV server itself. As it happens, there are moments when problems occur on the Sling servers and there is nothing you can do about it but wait until they resolve the issue.

Another cause for the error is due to your own WiFi Internet connection. At times, you may encounter an issue in the system caused by error in account authorization. Fortunately, there are also ways to fix these problems on your Sling TV streaming app.

Possible Fixes for Sling TV Error Code 21-20 or 24-1

As indicated above, waiting can be your only solution when you encounter the playback issue on Sling TV due to server issues. No matter what you do, if the problem is on their end, Sling will be the one to fix the error. But, you can also try other methods that will aid in resolving the issue.
