Check if Disney Plus Service is Down

Sometimes, the problem is with Disney Plus itself. If their server is down, it may cause the app to get stuck on the loading screen. You can check the Disney Plus website, blogs, or social media for announcements. You can also use the down detector to verify if their server is down.

Power Cycle your Network and Streaming Devices

  • Turn off the device you use to stream Disney Plus.
  • Unplug your router and modem.
  • Wait for at least 3 minutes before plugging them back in and connecting to the Internet.
  • Now, turn on your device and relaunch Disney Plus.

Clear the Cache and Data on your Disney Plus App

  • Go to Apps and select Disney Plus.
  • Select Storage.
