Before you call a technician to fix your Hisense TV, you can try to troubleshoot the error first and see if you can resolve the problem. Try to follow each solution below one at a time and check if it works for you or not.

Solution #1 – Restart your Hisense TV

  • Turn off your Hisense TV and unplug it from the power outlet.
  • Wait for at least 3 minutes.
  • Then, plug it back in and turn the power on.
  • Check if the noise is still there.

Solution #2 – Check the Cables and Connected Devices

Check for loose cables and wirings connected to your TV. You can try to unplug and plug your TV into a different power outlet. Check the USB ports for any signs of damage. Try to switch ports and see if it works. Make sure to firmly secure all connected cables.

You can double-check if there are damages to your streaming devices and speakers. Unplug the connected devices to your TV and check if the noise still exists.
