TikTok is adding a new streaming platform into its Add to Music app! SoundCloud will be integrated into the feature, giving users more options when it comes to music discovery.
TikTok’s Add to Music app tool offers a seamless way for music lovers to discover and save the songs they hear on TikTok into their selected streaming service. With just a few taps, you can easily add your newly discovered song to your playlist. Plus, you no longer need to exit the TikTok app and launch your preferred music streaming app.
The feature rolled out in 2024 partnering with some of the well-known music streaming platforms worldwide. The addition of SoundCloud can better satisfy user’s preferences. You can now find SoundCloud in the list of Add to Music app. Once selected, the song will be saved to your Liked Tracks playlist.
How to Save Songs and Music from TikTok Videos Directly to your SoundCloud Library
Note that the availability of music on your SoundCloud will still depend on your subscription and territory.
To set SoundCloud on the Add to Music app, press the Add Song button found next to the track name of the video. Select SoundCloud. It will automatically set SoundCloud as default. Each time you save a song in the future, you can find it on SoundCloud.
If you want to switch to a different music streaming platform, simply go to the Settings and Privacy and change the option.
