- Launch the Settings menu of your iPhone or iPad.
- Navigate to Screen Time.
- Select Content & Privacy Restrictions.
- Choose Content Restrictions.
- Enter your PIN.
- Go to the Content & Privacy Restrictions and toggle the button to On.
- Scroll down and tap Content Restrictions.
- Select Music, Podcasts & News.
- Tap Clean.
How to Restrict & Censor Explicit Songs on Apple Music through Mac Computer
To disable and censor explicit songs from playing on your Apple Music app for a Mac computer, it must be running macOS Catalina or later.
- Launch the Music app or iTunes on your Mac device.
- Go to the top section and select Music or iTunes.
- Choose Preferences.
- Navigate to the Restrictions tab.
- Go to the Restrict option.
- Check the box next to Music with explicit content.
