1. Check the Number of Devices Active on your Disney+ Account

On your Disney Plus account, tap on your profile and go to Account. Head over to Access & Security and choose Manage Devices. Review the list of devices under your account. Make sure to remove those that you no longer use or don’t want to add to your subscription.

2. Log Out All Devices

Maybe you forgot to log out your Disney+ account on your other devices. To do so, navigate to Manage Devices on your account. Log out all the existing devices under your subscription. Try logging in only to devices you are currently using.

3. Clear Disney Plus App Cache

Another possible way is to clear the app cache from your device. Go to the App Store or App settings of your device. Look for Disney+ and head over to Storage. Now, clear the app cache.

4. Contact Disney+ Customer Support

If the issue persists, you can send a report to Disney Plus. Go to https://help.apps.disneyplus.com/ph/en/support/tickets/new and enter your details. Make sure to provide a detailed description about the issue.
