You can try to troubleshoot and fix the Disney+ 4K streaming issue by following the solutions below. Do each step one at a time and check if the problem still appears or not.

Perform a Power Cycle on your Device

Your network connection may be acting up, so best to refresh it by power cycling your devices. Turn off your streaming device and unplug it if necessary. Unplug your router and modem as well. Wait for at least 3 minutes before you plug them back in and connect to the Internet. Turn on your streaming device and relaunch Disney Plus.

  • Launch the Disney Plus app.
