NBC has its streaming service to offer its users. With Peacock, you can stream some of the well-loved TV shows and series from NBCUniversal, such as The Office, Modern Family, Downton Abbey, and Parks & Recreation. There are also new titles to look forward to coming on a regular basis.
Unfortunately, some users are venting their frustration over the streaming platform because they see the error message, “Content Not Available on This Device” when they stream their favorite TV series on Peacock website or app. It is understandable given the monthly subscription you have to pay if you are a premium subscriber, to watch from the streaming service.
According to some users, most of their experience with the error appears on their browser. It can be on Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, or Mozilla Firefox browser on a Windows 10, macOS, or Chrome OS Chromebook laptop. The Peacock playback error also appears on the app in streaming devices and media players such as smart TV, iPad tablet, iPhone or Android mobile phone as well as when casting content on an external monitor.
