Amazon Prime Video has an Autoplay feature that automatically plays the next episode of the TV series you are streaming. It will also play a recommended title after you are done watching a show or movie. All you have to do is sit back and wait for the next episode to start.

How to Enable or Disable Amazon Prime Video Autoplay Next Episode Feature

The question is, “How do I turn on the Autoplay on Amazon Prime Video?” If you want to use the Autoplay feature, you need to enable it first on your app settings. As of now, the Autoplay tool is available only on the mobile app, Amazon Fire TV or Firestick device and on the web browser. It is not yet available on the Amazon Prime Video app for smart TV or other streaming media players.

Turn on Autoplay on Amazon Prime Video via Mobile App

  • Launch the Amazon Prime Video app.
  • Go to My Stuff.
  • Tap the Gear icon to open the Settings menu.
  • Tap Autoplay.
  • Look for Allow Auto Play on this device and toggle it to On.

Enable Autoplay on Amazon Prime Video via Web Browser

  • First, launch any web browser and go to the Amazon Prime Video website.
  • Login to your account.
  • Click the Gear icon.
  • Choose Settings.
  • Go to Player.
  • Look for Autoplay and select On.

You can also turn off or disable the Autoplay feature anytime by following the steps above and choosing Off or toggle the button to Off. That way, you have the option to use Autoplay or not depending on your mood. There are times when you simply want to watch one episode, so the Autoplay will not be helpful. You can spare yourself seeing the next episode when you don’t want to.
