Perform a Power Cycle on your Devices

  • Exit Vudu and all running applications in the background.
  • Turn off your Device.
  • Unplug your router and modem for at least 3 minutes.

  • Relaunch Vudu.

Update the Vudu App

  • Navigate to the AppStore or the Google Play Store. If you are using other devices, you can go to the Apps section.
  • Look for Vudu and check if there are available updates.

If you are using Vudu as a channel on Roku players, you can delete it and re-add it on your device.

  • On your Roku device, press the Home button.
  • Go to Streaming Channels.
  • Navigate to the Channel Store.
  • Select Vudu.
  • Click Remove Channel.
  • Now, go back to the Channel Store.
  • Look for Vudu.
  • Click Add Channel.
