Sometimes, issues with the volume are results of connection problems. Another possible contributor is incorrect audio settings. Other times, it is due to errors with your TV or with your speaker.

Perform a Power Cycle on your Devices

Turn off your Hisense Roku TV as well as your router and unplug them both from the power source. Wait for at least 1 minute before plugging them back in and turning them on. Now, try to play a movie and check if it fixes the volume issue.

Do a System Restart on your Hisense Roku TV

On your Roku remote, press the Home button and go to Settings. Head over to System and choose Power or System Restart. Now, select Restart.

Turn Off Volume Mode

Launch the Settings of your Roku TV and go to Sound or Audio Settings. Look for Volume Mode or Volume Control and turn it off.

Reset TV Audio Settings

Go to the Settings menu. Select System and choose Advanced System Settings. Look for Factory Reset. Select Reset TV Audio/Picture Settings.

Install Available Update on your Roku TV

On the Settings menu, go to Support. Now, head over to System Update and install available updates.

Set your Roku TV Equalizer to Default

Open the Settings menu and head over to Sound or Audio Settings. Go to Equalizer. Now, try to reset the equalizer to default.

Factory Reset your Hisense TV

If nothing works, you may need to do a factory reset on your Hisense Roku smart TV device. Remember, doing the reset will erase all data and customizations and revert your TV to its factory settings.

Head over to the Settings menu. Navigate to Device Preference and choose Reset. Click Reset Everything.

Wrapping Up!
