The Netflix UI-800 error codes typically indicate that your device needs to be refreshed in some capacity. This issue encompasses most platforms that can host the Netflix app/website.

This includes Roku boxes, gaming consoles, smart TVs and even Amazon Fire Sticks. It basically means that all the info stored on your device is outdated, and requires refreshment.

Ways to Resolve Netflix Error Code UI-800-2

The steps for this solution vary depending on your device, but we’ll include a few steps for common devices.

If you’re using a Samsung Smart TV, you can either choose to restart your device or sign out of Netflix.

  1. Unplug your device from the power source.
  2. Press the power button and wait for up to one minute.
  3. Plug the device back in.
  4. Turn it on and try to run the Netflix app again.

Sign Out of your Netflix Account

  1. Go to the Netflix home screen towards the left of the app.
  2. Open the menu and head to the bottom.
  3. Select Get Help.
  4. Choose Sign Out.

Restart your Streaming Media Player

  1. Unplug your device from the power source.

  3. Plug the device back in.
  4. Turn it on and try to run the Netflix app again.
  5. See if the issue persists.

Similar to the first version of this error, this one emerges when the information on your device requires refreshment, or a network issue occurred, causing Netflix to cease with working as intended. For most devices, a simple sign out or restart should fix this issue.

If you’re using a gaming device to stream Netflix, you have three options. You can either choose to restart your device, restart your home network or Sign out of Netflix.

  2. Open the menu and head to the bottom.
