Fixing the error codes 3002, 3005, 3004, and 3205 on your Paramount Plus app may depend on what may trigger the problem in the first place. But, you can try to follow each of the methods below one at a time and see if it resolves the issue or not. If not, you can continue with the other solutions.

Perform a Power Cycle on your Devices

  • Exit the Paramount Plus app and turn off your streaming device. You can unplug your device from the power outlet if applicable.
  • Unplug your router and modem.
  • Wait for at least 3 minutes before plugging them back in and connecting to the Internet.
  • Turn on your device and relaunch Paramount Plus.

Force Close your Paramount Plus App

Another way is to force stop the app to refresh it. The steps to do a force stop on the Paramount Plus app may depend on the device you are using. For instance, you need to close all open apps on Android devices. On other devices, navigate to the Apps section and look for Paramount Plus. Select Force Stop.
