How to Troubleshoot & Fix Paramount+ App Error Code 6999, 6290, 6310, or 1106

The error codes 6999, 6290, 6310, or 1106 are similar issues happening on the Paramount Plus app. You might experience the problem on streaming players like Roku, Amazon Firestick/Fire TV as well as smart TV devices from LG, Samsung, and Hisense. You can try to troubleshoot and resolve them with the methods and workarounds shown below.

Retry Playing the Video on your Paramount+ Account

When the error code blocked you with a message, select the OK button. After directing you to the previous page, hit the refresh button on your screen. You can also exit to the home screen and play the title again.

Relaunch the Paramount Plus App

If a quick refresh on your video does not work, you can restart the Paramount Plus app. Exit the app first and wait for a few seconds. Then, relaunch it and try playing the video again.

Reboot your Streaming Device or Smart TV

  1. tried everything listed on several sites and nothing has worked. all my other Apps play fine, 6290 error. logged out repeatedly, repeatedly both TV and Phone, no Updates. buggiest App ever and im pretty done with it.
