In some cases, if your credit or debit card is no longer active or stolen, you can immediately update your billing information from your account settings. Here’s how to do it using the Netflix website:

  • Open any web browser and go to
  • Login to your streaming account.
  • Choose your profile.
  • In the upper right corner, click your photo.
  • Select Account.
  • Navigate to the Membership & Billing section.
  • Click Manage payment info.
  • Look for your current payment method. Click Edit.
  • Now, make the changes to the information.
  • Click Save.

Update & Add New Payment Method on your Netflix Account

  • Go to the Netflix website and navigate to your profile.
  • Open the Account settings.
  • Select Membership & Billing.
  • Click Manage payment info.
  • Click Add Payment Method.
  • Select your payment option.
  • Enter your payment details.
  • Click Save.
  • If you want to make it your preferred method, go back to the Manage Payment Info page.
  • Click Make preferred next to your new payment method.

If you need a printed or physical copy of your Netflix invoice, you can print it at any time you want.

  • Go to the Membership & Billing section of your Netflix account.
  • Choose Billing Details.
  • Select the date of the invoice you want to print.
  • Print your invoice.
