  4. Scroll down and tap on the Settings icon.
  5. Go to Wi-Fi Network.
  6. Take a look at the signal strength. If it is showing two bars or less, the signal is weak.
  7. Try moving your HomePod closer to your router, or removing any potential objects interfering with the connection.

Restart your Apple HomePod Smart Device

  • Open the Home app signed in with your iOS device.
  • Tap on your HomePod.
  • Go down to Settings.
  • Scroll down and select Restart HomePod.
  • If there isn’t an option to restart, simply unplug it from power, then plug it back in followed by trying again.
