How to Set up & Use Sleep Timer Feature on Deezer App

What is your sleep routine? Do you count down the minutes till you pass out, or do you put on some soothing music to get you to sleep? It may be difficult to fall asleep at night, especially if your brain refuses to do so. It can become too problematic if you repeatedly strike your mobile phone’s screen.

If that’s the case, you might consider using a phone sleep timer tool to get a good night’s rest. With Deezer’s sleep timer, you can now mute all of your music and podcasts at any moment by just tapping a button! A similar service is also available in various streaming platforms such as Spotify, Apple Music, Amazon Music, and YouTube Music.

Thanks to Deezer’s sleep timer, you can sleep well, knowing that your music won’t wake you up in the middle of the night.

Some folks have difficulty falling asleep. They require complete darkness in their bedroom and, most importantly, absolute silence.

When it is too quiet, some people have trouble sleeping. To fall asleep, they must either listen to music or a podcast. If you fall into the second category, you are well aware of how irritating it is to wake up again some hours later to the sound of music.

How to Setup & Use Deezer Music App Sleep Timer to Turn Off Podcasts & Playlists?

The sleep timer works with any Deezer subscription plan, so you can always rest assured that the app will go down when you do. To set up the timer on your device, follow these simple steps:

  • Launch the app first, then choose your go-to podcast, playlist, or artist to aid in sleep.
  • Click the bar that displays what’s playing at the bottom of the app.
  • Look for the clock symbol on the screen where the song or podcast artwork is displayed. It can be found close to the bottom of your screen.
  • Select the moment you want the song to stop playing by pressing it. It lasts for five to one hour.
  • Your timer is now set, and that’s all.

Unfortunately, the desktop app does not offer this capability for controlling the music playback. The timer will continue to function if you link your phone to another gadget (such as a Bluetooth speaker).
